SHIPPED ORDERS: If you purchase the Sweet Success Planner Shipped you will have access to the workshop on REPLAY at no additional charge within the online community once the video becomes available for replay. However, you will have instant access to the walk-through video that leads you step by step through the planner and also have access to our online community to keep you elevate your day towards your personal growth with confidence.   • How long will it be when I can pickup my order?
    When you place your order between Wednesday-Saturday your order will be ready for pickup on Tuesday. If you order on a Sunday-Tuesday your order will be ready Saturday for pickup. Please note that hours of operation vary. Our studio is open 291 Hookahi St. 104, Wailuku Sunday and Monday CLOSED, Tuesday-Thursday 10am-4pm, Friday and Saturday 10am-1pm. Holiday hours of operation will vary. We are very accommodating to our customers, please feel free to reach out to us 808-280-7831 at anytime you have a question, or concern.
  • What if I placed an order for pickup and am unable to pickup during the ready time of my order?
    We understand certain unforeseen or uncontrolled circumstances may prevent you from picking up your order at the designated time. We ask that you will call 808-280-7831 and arrange a better time. Due to the item being perishable we ask that you pick up your order within 24-48 hours of your designated time so that the items are as fresh as possible.
  • Where do I pick up my order?
    Your order will be ready at the Sweet Success Studio located 291 Hookahi Street 104, Wailuku.
  • What if the contents of my gift box are damaged during the handling process?
    Not a problem. We will gladly replace your gift box with a new one if the contents of your gift box was damaged. You will need to send photos and contact us at 808-280-7831. We have spent months determining the best ways to package our products and while minimizing damages during handling there may be time where replacement is necessary. We do not offer refunds. We will offer a replacement at no charge.
  • Where do you ship?
    Hawaii inter-island, and the U.S.
  • What do you ship?
    We ship all items on the "ship page" which are inspirational gift boxes that do contain cookies as a gift.
  • How many days til I receive my order?
    If you are ordering for shipping between Friday-Tuesday then your order will be processed and tracking label created following week to be shipped on Wednesday-Friday. For example : you place your order on a Thursday, your order will process and ship out the following week between Wednesday-Friday. You will receive a tracking number and your order will arrive between 4-5 days on average. So the total time from your order to delivery is within 12-16 days total (includes weekend).
  • What if I purchased my workshop ticket, but can't attend?
    We understand this may happen. We may excuse you from the time and date for the workshop you have purchased and you can reschedule your workshop with us at no additional cost. We politely ask that you have plans of keeping the date and time of the workshop you have purchased, but we also understand emergency situations when time does not permit.
  • Can I bring my pet or children?
    Due to fellow members with allergies concerning pets and space to accommodate everyone our policy is the workshops are for ages 16 years of age and older.
  • I want to order a holiday platter, but do not see it on the menu. Do you have a platter?
    YES! Thank you. We can arrange a platter of 24 cookies. If you need more cookies, you can let us know of your special request so that we can furnish your a price. Our platters start from $24 and up per 24 cookies. Please contact us 808-280-7831. All orders are priority, so the sooner we know and reserve your order, you may pickup at the designated time at the Sweet Success Studio 291 Hookahi St. 104, Wailuku in the time and date requested and agreed upon at the time your order was confirmed. There are no refunds on our items only replacements. We are very flexible when seeing that our customers are fully satisfied. We believe in keeping the lines of communication open. Thank you for allowing us to serve you with your needs.
